It was a short outing with Carver to get some frozen yogurt and diapers.
BUT STILL it was the first time in months that I didn't have Indigo with me.
It felt strange...and I missed her.
However, I enjoyed my short trip & the frozen yogurt (chocolate flavored with mini reece's pieces, cookie dough, and chocolate chips mixed in).
As for the diaper portion of this trip...
HOORAH! for generic brand sposies until the real dipeys fit (look at that face, sincere happiness).
OH! I almost forgot, this morning was also another first. Alongside Indie's two week birthday, we also had our first "freak out because baby is gagging and puking up white boogers out of her nose and mouth." At six this morning I panicked because she wasn't breathing very well so I ran around looking for that blue suction-y thing for about five minutes. Long story short, I have no idea what the problem was, but she was very unhappy for a while and I tired everything. Luckily, my stupendous mother was there to help me (I have no idea what I would do with out her).
So yep, that's been my past two days.

ReplyDeleteI always kept the blue suction thingy in the crib and car seat with babies...you will need it often for the first mo. or so. :)

ReplyDeleteI would have lost my mind if I were there - so glad you found the bulb thinger. I'm going to have to buy like 5 of them.
